These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of The Bin Guys services and website. By signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
The Bin Guys (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides a curbside bin service, which includes bringing your trash, recycling, and/or lawn debris bins to the curb before pickup and returning them after pickup.
2. Service Area
Service is available only at addresses within our selected service areas. If you move or your address changes, you must notify us to confirm continued service availability.
3. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure proper service, you agree to:
Place bins in an accessible location without locked gates, closed garage doors, or other obstructions.
Secure any pets to ensure worker safety.
Ensure bins are properly prepared for pickup (e.g., within municipal guidelines).
Notify us in advance of any special instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring bins are accessible at the scheduled service time. If we are unable to access your bins due to locked gates, pets, obstructions, or bins not placed as agreed, the visit will be marked as completed, and no refund, rescheduling, or credit will be provided.
4. Scheduling and Delays
We make every effort to complete services as scheduled. In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide services on a scheduled pickup day, we will make our best effort to notify you in advance, and you will be refunded for services that day.
5. Payments and Billing
Service fees are billed according to the plan you select (one-time, monthly, yearly, etc.).
Payment is due at the time of signup and will auto-renew unless canceled.
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at info@hirebinguys.com. For prepaid subscription services, cancellations take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and service will continue through the remainder of your current plan period.
If you move outside our service area, or if your move results in a higher plan price for your new location, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan. Refunds in this case will be calculated from the later of (a) your confirmed move date or (b) two business days after we receive written notice of your move.
Refunds for unused service periods in other situations may be granted at our sole discretion.
7. Damage and Liability
We are not responsible for damage to bins caused by normal wear, municipal pickup crews, or conditions outside our control.
We are not liable for missed municipal pickups due to incorrect scheduling or bins placed out late.
8. Service Changes
We may change pricing, plans, or policies with reasonable notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violation of these Terms, unsafe conditions, or non-payment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Bin Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.
