  • What It Is

    Help a Neighbor Wednesday is our way of giving back to the community that supports us.

    Once a week, we offer free help with a small household task for someone who could use an extra hand. There’s no catch, no upsell, and no obligation — just neighbors helping neighbors.

    Whether it’s moving something heavy, helping clean out the garage, swapping out light bulbs, or running donations to a local charity, we’re here to make your day a little easier.

  • How It Works

    Each Wednesday, we set aside time to help two or three households with a simple task. To keep it manageable, here are the guidelines:

    - Wednesdays only
    - Flexible timing so we can fit you in to our schedule
    - Task must be manageable by one person
    - Lifting up to about 100 lbs is okay
    - Nothing overly bulky or hazardous
    - Task should take 30 minutes or less
    - We prioritize current customers and people we haven’t helped before
    - Spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Why We Do It

    We started The Bin Guys to make life easier for families, seniors, travelers, and busy homeowners.

    But we also believe businesses should serve their community beyond transactions.

    Help a Neighbor Wednesday is our way of staying connected to the people we serve, building real relationships, and giving back in a practical way. We can all use a hand from time to time, and sometimes a small task can make a big difference in someone’s week.

    Tell us:
    - Your name
    - Your address (to confirm service area)
    - A brief description of the task (include pictures if you think it will help us get an idea of the work)

    We’ll review all requests and reach out if it’s a good fit for the upcoming Wednesday.
