Refunds Policy
We want you to be happy with your service. While we don’t typically issue refunds for prepaid subscription plans, we do make exceptions in certain situations:
Moving Outside Our Service Area
If you move to an address we don’t serve, you can request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan. Refunds are calculated from the later of your confirmed move date or two business days after we receive written notice of your move.
Moving to a Higher-Priced Service Area
If your move results in a higher plan price for your new location, you may choose to cancel service and request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your plan instead of paying the increased rate. Refunds are calculated from the later of your confirmed move date or two business days after we receive written notice of your move.
Other Refunds
In situations not listed above, refunds for unused service periods may be provided at our discretion.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at info@hirebinguys.com with your name, service address, and reason for your refund request. We’ll review it and respond within 5 business days.
Missed Service Due to Inaccessible Bins
If we arrive to provide service and your bins are not accessible for any reason (including locked gates, pets, blocked access, or bins not placed where agreed), the visit will still count as completed, and no refund or credit will be issued.
